这几天一直无法访问交通银行网银。打开登录页面的时候直接报错，IE9进行问题检测的话会提示“Windows 已从“pbank.95559.com.cn”接收到一条 HTTP 错误消息: 403 (禁止)”。各种折腾，最后终于在 @交通银行电子银行 的帮助下解决问题了。分享结果。
