上海浦东发展银行的网上银行几周前更新了用于IE的安全控件，避免用户在输入网上银行登录密码的时候被间谍软件记录。但是昨天我发现这个控件会导致Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.5002.333的smc.exe进程瞬间占用大量内存（超过1G），同时导致系统反应变慢。
网上银行要求很高的安全性，这是对的，不过很多银行使用复杂的登录机制来代替安全性，这样就不太好了。复杂就安全了吗？恐怕未必。使用者因为复杂而感到困惑才是真的。在Windows 7和IE8下使用交通银行网上银行的“代理缴费”服务时就会碰到很麻烦的问题。下面根据我的经验说明一下解决方法，供大家参考。
