wordpress problems

Hello,

I am having some trouble with wordpress. I already have it installed on a domain with freehostia and that is working fine. However I am trying to also install wordpress on a different subdomain. But when I install it it is writing over the other site that I already have it installed on.Anyone have an idea what the problem is. p.s I am definately making sure that I am installing it on the correct domain.

Please help.

The first reference has a reply saying you might install the 2nd WP into the same database as used by the 1st one. You have not given any informative response.

I would've suggested the same. So, you can try again and make sure the name of the database for the 2nd WP is different from the one for the 1st WP installation.
